Kensington Place Assisted Living provides a home-like environment that allows tenants to be active and engaged with independent and assisted living lifestyle options. Affordable apartment-style living enables tenants to personalize their new home and to come and go as they please. Tenants enjoy a variety of services helping alleviate the stresses of daily tasks so they can enjoy life by concentrating on socializing with friends and hobbies.
Older adults can choose from spacious and affordable one-bedroom and one-bedroom deluxe apartments.
Tenants also have access to 24-hour nursing services, and benefit from convenience services that are included in their monthly rental fee.

Personalized healthcare services and assistance with activities of daily living such as medication management/administration or bathing are also available for an additional fee. With the tenant’s participation and following a complimentary nursing assessment, an individualized plan of care is determined.
